Tahini Cauliblossoms

Light summer-lunch with a touch of Middle East. So easy, so delicious. But I’m not spending much time to philosophise, so without a further ado, let’s go to the recipe. 😛

  • 1 cauliflower head
  • 1 tbsp of oil (sunflower)
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 handful of chopped parsley
  • 1/4 lime
  • salt, pepper
  • cumin
  • 1 cup 0% fat greek yoghurt
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

Preheat the oven to 200°C.

Break the cauliflower into the blossoms. Put them into the baking dish, add a tablespoon of oil, a pinch of pepper and salt and stir all together. Place it into the oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the yoghurt sauce. Just mix yoghurt, garlic, a pinch of salt and cumin.

Once cauli-blossoms are baked, pour the tahini sauce over and sprinkle with a pinch of cumin and parsley. Serve with a lime and yoghurt sauce on the side.
