Hi and welcome to my blog.

My name is Ajda (as you probably already know). However, you can read more about me in the “About me” topic. But briefly, I graduated from the Faculty of Sport and now I am MSc student of Sport and Exercise Nutrition. Before I moved to Oxford I worked as a coach of a functional training for women which I truly enjoyed and I found out that this is what I want to do in my life. After I finish my studies I’d really like to continue with that and help people to feel good about themselves.

I created this blog with the aim to express my experiences, knowledge and thoughts about training and nutrition. There is an abundance of articles about dieting and exercising on the internet and trust me, lots of them juggle with the same junk advice without a scientific background.

For all that, I’d like to create a trustworthy blog with recommendations based on scientific researches or experiences.  As I love to cook or even more I love to eat (guilty :P), I’ll also publish some delicious, healthy recipes that are easy to do and especially appropriate for a busy weekday.

Lastly, this blog is my hobby. I will write it with the joy. With the same joy, I coached my clients when I was working as a coach of a functional workout. I will be more than happy and grateful if I will be able to inspire you or help you on the adventure to a better lifestyle.
